Vendor Request Form

Please note: Submitting an application does not require payment at this time. Vendor applications will be notified if they have a spot in our vendor area by June 1st and we will send an invoice at that time.

First table is $60 and includes one membership. Additional dealer memberships (for assistants, etc) are $20 each. Additional tables are $40 each.
